RESPECT OF MATERIALS 

I acknowledge that the educational materials given to me by ADTR are proprietary, and that thousands of hours of experience, thought, and labor have gone into preparing them. I am aware that the documents and advice I have been given are unique as things are often updated class to class. I agree to respect ADTR and its associates for their time and effort by using these materials solely for my own personal education.

CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION 

It is a core value of the Director of ADTR to maintain a safe space for discussion, sharing of intellectual property, and ideas. Prior to, during, and after trainings are concluded, I recognize that I might be exposed to confidential information. In this case, “confidential information” means all non-public information or data (whether oral, in writing or in electronic form) of a competitively sensitive nature concerning ADTR, including the ADTR’s products, research and development, present and future inventions, pricing, quality programs, intellectual property, Students or potential Students personal information, or any information or media under a non-disclosure agreement. I will keep such information secure and hold it in strict confidence and in trust for ADTR and my fellow students.   

EDUCATIONAL RECORDINGS

ADTR records all trainings and workshops for internal and educational purposes only. No Student name or confidential information will appear in ADTR videos. Any recordings used internally by ADTR would be focused on instruction and student example clips. These recordings will not be made available to the general public for marketing purposes in any way without further consent. These materials would be edited or changed only to improve future trainings, better course development, to implement online class improvements, or submission for certification or continuing education recognition. 

 I have read and understand the training description given in the Agreement, and agree to the following: I give permission to ADTR to include my work and / or image on video recordings as part of audio or video(s) showing ADTR trainings structure and discussion or feedback based education style. I understand that my name and any other personally identifiable information about me will not appear on any of the educational materials. I also understand that if a clip of myself were to be used in the public domain or on social media I will be contacted for permission. I also acknowledge that ADTR can use training clips without contacting me if it is for use as an example for another training or offering.
